Dr. Elcyzyn completed his Bachelor of Science
degree in Organismic Biology at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah,
OK. He continued to obtain his Doctor of Optometry degree at NSU College of
Optometry, graduating with Beta Sigma Kappa Honors; and subsequently
completed an additional year of residency training in Primary Care at the
Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Fayetteville, AR.
He has
received prestigious awards from the Southwest Contact Lens Society, from
SOLA Optical for excellence in Ophthalmic Optics, and was recognized for
Outstanding Research during his doctorate training at NSUOCO. He is also
a proud member of the Arkansas Optometric Association and the
American Optometric Association.
Dr.
Elcyzyn specializes in the management and treatment of eye diseases
including glaucoma, diabetes, ocular surface disease, and age-related
macular degeneration. He also provides expert treatment for patients with
refractive error,
with both
spectacle correction and contact lens fitting.
Dr.
Elcyzyn resides in Benton, Arkansas and provides patient care at the
McFarland Eye Centers locations in Pine Bluff,
Little Rock, and Hot Springs.
