Why I wanted to get into eye care:
I became interested in eye care because I understand how important our vision is to allow us to perform exceptionally and find greater satisfaction in life. I think most of us can agree that our vision is one of the most important senses we have. I want to help my patients protect and preserve their vision for their whole lives.
My philosophy:
My philosophy is to take a more preventative eye care approach. I really enjoy educating my patients about proactive steps they can take to ensure optimal eye health and vision.
What I love about practicing at McFarland's:
I love the support system I have around me at McFarland Eye Care. It allows me to perform at my best and provide a world-class experience for my patients.
Favorite part of my job:
My favorite part of my job is the team, my work family, that I have the privilege to work alongside every day. We all share the same passion and energy to provide the best care possible for our patients.
Something I would like my patients to know about me:
The questions I'm often asked pertain to my last name and my background. My last name is pronounced “choo-way” and my background is Korean. I was born in New York, but I spent most of my early years in southern Ontario, Canada.
