Why I wanted to go into eye care:
When I was 10 years old realized I had trouble seeing the chalkboard at school. A visit to the Optometrist quickly enabled me to see clearly and it immediately impacted my life in a positive way. I then realized the importance of having functional vision.
My philosophy:
My goal is to maximize the lifetime visual experience of each patient while balancing their individual needs and lifestyles.

McFarland Eye has a well-deserved reputation for delivering high quality, professional and friendly eye care to the citizens of the state of Arkansas.
Favorite part of my job:
I enjoy counseling patients through the process of managing the health of their eyes and the performance of their ophthalmic system.
Something I would like my patients to know about me:
As a native Arkansan, I love the outdoor pursuits our beautiful state has to offer. My wife, Ashley, is an elementary school teacher and we have two twin children, a boy and a girl.
